Useless information.
Looking for triggers
Of intense pleasure.
Hoping to get more
Of dopamine hits.
Can we ever fill
A bottomless pit?

Emboldened by emotional waves.
The heart’s beating faster and faster
Engulfed by the dancing flames.

Infiltrates my defenseless mind,
Washes all over my being,
Stirs the forgotten feelings.
There is no escape
From her femininity.

Under the pretense of a noble cause
One man’s greed commanded his horde
To march with pride to the bordering nation,
To bombard and destroy without cessation,
To murder children, women and men,
To rob their homes and grab their land.

The painting was created on the barrel end which was cut off from one of the whisky barrels.
